People find that after the first sessions their mind is very calm and their anxiety / desire to smoke / phobia etc goes away.

I’ve found that hypnotherapy can take anywhere from one or two sessions to many weeks of therapy. This depends upon the complexity of the problem and the nature of the underlying subconscious beliefs that are causing or contributing to the problem.
